MORE ABOUT EXERCISES

If you are obese exercise. You are thin then also exercise.

Exercises are for both . exercise may differ. In one case, that is with latter activate the organs to store fat in the tissues.

We need not go for any exercise if we adhere to walking. But to day in this modern world people use vehicles and they have replaced walking. Even cycles are not much used . people today do not hesitate to travel by crowded buses and trains. But they are nor ready to do exercises.


 Sometimes people think that other people laugh at them if they go by walk. Even for short distances like market place, milk booth or provision stores people are using scooters. For long distances, I admit vehicles. There is nothing wrong nobody wants you to walk one hundred miles and reach the other place. No body is interested even for a bit of walk.

 Walking in the car has become common. When such is the case who wants exercises. But when any body become overweight or obese, then their mind works. They approach doctors to prescribes walking or home exercise then they scotch  their  head. Zero physical activity results in obesity. Many people are giving exercise to brain than the body.


Remember, limited muscle activity makes the muscles less solid but are more fatty. Then physical exercises are needed to remove the fat.
