AEROBIC EXERCISE

Today in big cities we find aerobic training centers. Aerobic   exercises are rigorous in nature. Of course, aerobic  exercise are essential in order to meet the demand in expenditure of fat if one desires to lose weight. However aerobic exercises have few disadvantages  and makes it less attractive. Not only aerobic, the other rigorous exercises like weight lifting etc.

The disadvantages are,


1.   It makes one tired
2.   Limbs, joint and back start aching a little
3.   The body also becomes quickly tired . the only thing is that during these rigorous exercises like aerobic, jogging etc there will be release of a hormone which is a natural pain killer. That’s why the pain that felt during the primitive stage disappears because of the hormone. When due to any reason the person stops this exercises he is tempted to take this hormone in the form of drugs. When he stops exercises, he becomes degenerating and get replaced by fat around the muscles. So the person become obese. Therefore hard exercises fail to achieve the desired result. Muscle builders also are addicted to their exercises otherwise do not addict to it.
We eat well. But if we allow the machines to do exercise we will there be any use?
