HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Nearly 85 percent of the people suffering from high blood pressure are obese. High blood pressure or hypertension is one of the most complications of obesity. At least 30 percent of individuals who are overweight by 13-15 kilos have at least slightly elevated blood pressure. The life style and view of life have to be changed. The obese patients   have to observed fast of shorter or longer duration. The gain in weight has to be reduce he has to quit smoking and coffee. Intake of fresh foods helps in controlling high blood pressure. Walking on grassy field, simple exercises are good.


Obese individuals with hypertension should first be treated with a new diet to reduce their weight to more normal levels. It is observed that a 10 percent loss of body weight combined with a low salt diet can normalize blood pressure medications.
