Usually people follow a habit to stick to three meals a
day i.e break fast , lunch and dinner with light snacks in between.

eat a variety of foods and maintain ideal weight; should avoid too much fat ,

too much sugar; avoid too much sodium; and drink ( if habitual) alcohol only in
moderation or better avoid alcohol.

to get rid of it. A person is suffering from bulimic if he has a dramatic loss

to about two hours.

Select a subject for meditation upon which
to concentrate for the entire length of the practice.

Stick to the subject (EG. God, flower,
