Give your heart and lungs a workout cycling
Jogging or running
Swimming
Outdoor games
Brisk walk.

DAILY

Walking is a must
Climb stairs(in your office, house)
Take dog for a walk
Do household chores
Plan your daily activity
Cloth wash, store water, gardening etc
