UNDER WEIGHT

Hen we speak on over weight, it is absolutely necessary to know about under weight also. Sometime, in losing weight programmers many people become underweight also. Being thin or under weight, like being overweight is relative term, being based on the ideal weight for a given height, built and sex. A person can be regarded as moderately underweight if he or she weight ten percent below the ideal body weight and markedly so if the weight is twenty percent below the ideal



Thinness is mainly due to an inadequate calories intake. It is a serious condition, especially, in young people. If malnutrition and under weight are combined in the individual severe troubles arise. Also due to starvation the body’s store of nutrients and fats deplete. As result the energy is derived from the muscle tissue. Thin people or under weights often feel easily fatigued, have poor physical stamina and low resistance to infection.

The advantages of being under weight the persons live longer than obese persons. However, under weight has to be set right.
