5.   Walk during your lunch hour.
6.   Park in the farthest spot in the parking lot. You will have chance to walk.
7.   Play with your children instead of watching them play
8.   Do weekend chores the physical way-use a mop to clean the floor, wash your windows or wash your car manually.
9.   Go for a walk with your family after dinner
10.    You are retiree. Go to a library to read newspapers and magazines.
