PARTY FEELINGS

We are all living in a society where we have to mix with other people. We cannot live like a hermit in a forest. People invite us for birthday parties, marriage parties, dinner etc. usually parties are arranged in a grand scale followed by heavy meals.

Naturally, we intend to take each food item and taste. Sometimes it is unavoidable also we eat with a feeling that others may feel bad about us: so we eat with out care. Even obese persons take it as a challenge and eat well.



Dieting is not a sacrifice for someone’s sake. Wherever  we go or be in our own house we need not hesitate to follow the diet program me . what other’s think? Should not enter our minds. When you have to attend a party and eat less or not eat at all and keep away yourself from rich, fatty and sweet foods, better eat a little at home or partially at home before going to the party. Then you will not be hungry. So never go hungry definitely makes you to t what you like.

Regarding food, care has to be taken to chew them thoroughly. That’s what we say “drink food”
