Limit sweets like jilebis, kheers, cookies, cakes, ice creams and frozen deserts. They have more calories. Instead have fresh fruits or juice it is fatal that many obese persons eat more sweets knowingly. They do not have assimilated sugar like fruits.

Fat has more than twice the amount of calories in carbohydrate and protein. So reducing the fat content of your diet is an important way to cut calories.
