While you try to lose weight, reduce
the intake of salt in your food. Better drink plenty of water which is
essential to maintain the metabolism. Even other wise also, the intake of such
salt has to be reduced in our daily routine.
Tinned, processed and fried foods
contain large quantities of salt. Salt induces the thirst. You therefore feel
thirsty immediately after eating salty food you may take water . but it well
not help for metabolism.
If salt intake is reduced, and water consumption is
increased, the excess salt taken through natural food is expelled through
urine. Salt destroys the nutritive value of the food.
