HIP BATH

We need two large tubs one for hot water and one for cold water and A wet towel.

PROCEDURE

1.   Remove the clothes. If it is winter season or the weather is cold, retain the clothes covering the chest

2.   Sit in hot water tub comfortable keeping both your legs down the floor.


3.   Rub the abdomen in clockwise direction, starting from the lower part of the right side of abdomen.

4.   Come out of the tub and sit in cold water tub for a short period, say 15 seconds only.

5.   Again sit in the hot water tub for five minutes.(temperature has to be maintained)
