Don’t make your child eat when he or she is
not hungry. Do not force them to eat when you sit for lunch or dinner. Also
check your child for loss of appetite if any.

Don’t use food to comfort or as a reward
usually father or mother bring chocolate or sweets to the children. Such
practices should never be cultivated.

Do not offer desert or fried foods as a
reward for finishing a meal. Then the children prefer sweets etc. more than
other foods. Take time for a meal. Let the children have two nutritious meals a
day.

Take care to offer your child a healthy
diet. If you wasn’t you child a healthy a dietitian to teach you about the
right kind of food for your child.

Restrict viewing TV programmers . try to gets your child to do some activity.
