An hour of cycling in the early morning.

 Fresh air does a world of good for your beauty complexion and helps to shape up hips, specially for ladies. Cycle  as much as possible. 

       
HIP EXERCISE  FOR WOMEN)

Get down on your knees and keep your legs together. Raise your arms straight above your head. The palms of your hands turned outwards. Push back your arms-10 times. I.e.  5  times to the left and 5 times to the right.
