SOME HOME REMEDIES

1.   Ten drops of tulsi leaf juice with two tea spoonful honey in water for a month.
2.   Breakfast: 100gms horse gram soaked overnight.
3.   Dilute butter milk made out of skimmed milk.
4.   With cold water pack, only soup and fruit juice followed by fasting and enema for 15 to 30 days, thus cleansing the body.
5.   Raw tomatoes and onions mixed with juice of one lemon.
6.   Collect the bran after sieving wheat flour. Mix two tablespoon bran in a glass a skimmed milk, add honey. Take the mixture at least once a day.


The following hints shall be followed as regards

1.   Say no to big portions
2.   Eat only when you are actually hungry.
3.   While you eat, focus on eating.
4.   Serve your meals on smaller plates to make less food seem like more.
5.   Generally, store food out of sight.
6.   Don’t keep junk food around
7.   Do not allow others to serve. Especially when you are following a diet program me you may have to tell them that you are on diet.
8.   Have ample of water. Better have a glass of water half an hour earlier to your meal. This enables to reduce the intake.
9.   Reduce taking butter, cream, oil and artificial butter
10.          Let some raw vegetables be a part of your food
